1. Sponsor

The Free Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by Free Hug Society (“FHS”).

2. Eligibility

The Drawing is open to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of entry 
• Legal residents of the United States 
• Void where prohibited by law

By submitting an entry, participants represent that they have obtained permission from all individuals appearing in the submission.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must submit:

• A photograph depicting a hug in action 
• The photograph must include at least one individual visibly wearing Free Hug Society (FHS) merchandise 

Entries that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified at FHS’s sole discretion.

4. Entry Method

Entries must be submitted via:

• Website upload located on the Contact Us page

Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing period unless otherwise specified.

5. Entry Period

Drawings will be conducted periodically, at times determined solely by FHS.
Each Drawing period will begin and end on dates announced by FHS.

6. Prize

Prize details will be announced for each Drawing.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at FHS’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing period.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time frame, FHS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Rights to Submitted Content

By submitting an entry, the participant:

• Grants Free Hug Society a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the submitted photograph for promotional, marketing, and other purposes
• Releases all rights, title, and interest in the submitted content to FHS to the fullest extent permitted by law 

Participants further represent that:

• They own or have secured all necessary rights and permissions for the image 
• The use of the image by FHS will not infringe upon the rights of any third party 

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

FHS reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms 
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Drawing if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Drawing      

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Free Hug Society from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Drawing or use of any submitted content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Drawing, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
